Position Overview
Nemours is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Specialty Care Department.
The MA is an important liaison between the patient/family, provider, and other care team members.
The MA is responsible for coordinating patient flow by assisting in clinical data collection and review for patient intake, ensuring the appropriate information is available to the provider, and entering pertinent history in the medical record.
The MA performs and assists with clinical procedures in accordance with divisional/department responsibilities as directed by the provider and per protocol.
Qualifications
Medical Assistant II:
* Requires 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
* Demonstrated proficiency in clinical and administrative tasks.
* Certification required (see below) and MA school preferred.
* Acceptable certifications are Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) and Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
* American Heart Association BLS Certification within 90 days of hire date.
* Ability to mentor and train new Medical Assistants.

Rattaché au Responsable SI et Data du métier, et dans un contexte de changement d'ERP, Le Chef de projet - SI Supply participera à l'accompagnement du Métier Bijouterie dans son plan de transformation en participant à la mise en œuvre des projets et initiatives SI et en accompagnement son processus d'amélioration continue.

Le chef de projet - SI Supply est l'interlocuteur principal de la DSI : c'est le point d'entrée dans le Métier, qui dispose d'une vision transverse de l'activité, des systèmes utilisés et des enjeux métiers.
Dans un contexte de co-gestion des projets, il forme un trio avec un intervenant Métier (qui exprime son besoin, ce qui permet d'évaluer l'impact business et la criticité du projet) et un intervenant technique (MOE) qui s'assure, entre autres, du planning de charge des consultants DSI et de la qualité des développements.
Par sa fonction, il sera amené à collaborer avec l'ensemble des acteurs métier et endossera régulièrement un rôle de coordinateur au sein du métier lorsqu'il s'agira d'animer un sujet transverse.
A l'extérieur du métier, il sera régulièrement le point d'entrée pour adresser les sujets SI.
