Rattaché(e) au responsable des Ressources Humaines, vous intégrerez le service Ressources Humaines et Communication composé de l'assistante RH et de la RRH.
Vous participerez au déploiement des stratégies RH au travers des outils internes.
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
* Participer à la coordination des campagnes annuelles RH (suivi des talents, enquête annuelle de satisfaction des employés...) en collaboration avec l'équipe RH.
* Apporter un soutien à l'assistante RH dans la gestion administrative du personnel, notamment la saisie des heures supplémentaires et des heures intérim, vérification des pré facturation intérim, la préparation des arrivées et des départs, ainsi que le traitement des différentes demandes.
* Suivre le processus de recrutement des alternants et stagiaires, incluant le recueil des besoins, la rédaction des offres, l'accompagnement des managers, le sourcing, les pré-entretiens et l'accueil des candidats.
* Animer la communication interne du site, via une communication mensuelle et des lettres d'information sociale.
* Proposer des actions et événements visant à améliorer le bien-être au travail des employés.
* Accompagner les salariés dans le développement de leurs compétences (suivi des formations et du plan de développement des compétences...)
Profil :
Bac +4 / 5 en Ressources Humaines
Une première expérience en tant que stagiaire ou alternant(e) RH sur des projets liés à la gestion des personnes, ou toute expérience professionnelle pertinente dans ce domaine idéalement dans le domaine de l'industrie, serait un plus.
Langue : Anglais (minimum B2)
Logiciels: Pack Office, Yammer, E.Temptation/Horoquartz (serais un plus)

This candidate should be a bright, energetic, proactive, and highly motivated individual who can make a significant impact.
This would be an ideal role for someone who has experience with panelist recruitment, project fielding, both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and working with vendors/internal teams to appropriately manage project expectations.
Essential Functions
* Recruit market research projects from start to finish, including administrative functions associated with the project.
* Schedule qualified respondents for research projects with a focus on strong closes to enhance respondent show rates.
* Coordinate with external sample providers to ensure successful completion of research projects.
* Communicate the progress of the fieldwork process to internal project teams.
Communicate with managers about potential challenges or problems, including screener problems or variances.
* Understand and follow specific project specifications by the project manager.
* Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences market research or related field.
Other Skills:
* Experience managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects
* Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel
* Comfortable speaking on the phone, including outbound and inbound calls
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
