Maximus is currently hiring a remote Haitian Creole Bilingual Quality Assurance Administratorto support the Florida Healthy Kids (FL HK) program operations and ensure compliance with established standards and Florida healthcare policies.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring phone calls and completing back-office quality reviews to determine whether employees are meeting required performance, quality, and compliance standards.
You will also participate in special projects and program initiatives as needed and serve as backup support for the call center during periods of high volume or operational need.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to accurately interpret and apply Florida healthcare policies.
