The Senior Manager for HVAC Channels role is a high-impact position that will be responsible for leading growth across all HVAC channels for our Home Solutions product portfolio.
This role owns the partner strategy, expansion and performance - working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product managers and operations to scale distribution, maximize sell-through and strengthen relationships nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have deep HVAC channel expertise, strong commercial experience and a passion for making an impact in the US residential space.
Key Responsibilities include
* Develop and execute a comprehensive HVAC channel strategy
* Identify emerging HVAC partners
* Own HVAC business plans including revenue targets and assortment strategies
* Lead joint business planning, line reviews and quarterly performance reviews
* Negotiate promotional calendars
* Partner with marketing and product managers to launch new Home Solutions products
* Coordinate with operations and supply chain to forecast, inventory play and ensure on-time launches
* Track and analyse HVAC KPIs
* Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to Home Solutions and US Country leadership

* 4 Year college degree with preferred focus in Business, Marketing and/or related field
* 7+ years experience in HVAC channel management or business development with proven results (Preferred: 10+ year experience, supervisor/manager experience a plus)

* Ability to work cross-functionally
