To lead and manage the transformer testing function by ensuring timely execution of routine, type, and special tests in compliance with national/international standards, customer requirements, and internal quality systems.

This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate handling of rebate requests, in compliance with internal policies and customer agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate customer rebate requests and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal rebate policies and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve discrepancies.
• Accurately record and track rebate transactions in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
