Vous participez au développement des programmes de formation permanents et des modules saisonniers, sur toutesles catégories de produits (sacs femme, homme, voyage et petite maroquinerie) à destination des équipes de vente à travers le monde afin de contribuer au développement de notre activité commerciale et d'enrichir l'expérience client en magasin.

Principales missions
Conception des contenus de formation permanents et saisonniers
* En lien avec les équipes Collection du métier, participer à la création des supports de formation sur les produits, les matières et les savoir-faire à destination des vendeurs ou des formateurs en filiale: fiches mémo, magazines des nouvelles collections, présentations type morning brief et Train the Trainer, webinars
* Aider à l'organisation, à l'animation et au support logistique des formations: coordination des traductions, gestion des prêts produits, coanimation des formations, aide à la mise en place des produits et à l'organisation d'ateliers savoir-faire
* Participer au développement de nouveaux outils de formation: vidéos, toolkits du trainer, activités pédagogiques
Développement des outils de formation digitaux
* Mettre à jour les contenus de la plateforme de formation digitale de la Maison
* Aider à l'élaboration d'e-learning
Participation aux projets transverses
* Elaborer des contenus de formation ad hoc liés à des projets spécifiques, en lien avec les équipes retail et les différents pôles de l'Identité Métier: animations en magasin, offres de personnalisation, défilés
* Être responsable de la mise à jour du calendrier des projets 360 pour la direction des Collections et du Développement Commercial afin d'assurer l'efficience des actions menées par les différentes équipes
* Participer à la préparation du showroom commercial biannuel en forte interaction avec les équipes Collections et commerciales du métier
* Veille sur les actualités du monde du luxe et de la mode, et sur les tendances en matière de Learning and Development
