Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is currently seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to serve as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center.
The Medical Director should be dedicated to exceptional clinical care and have interests in administration, quality, research and education.
The Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Florida offers comprehensive care for children from birth to adulthood in collaboration with Nemours Subspecialty Physicians.
The 12-bed PICU at Lakeland Regional Health has all private rooms with family friendly amenities.
It is supported by a robust pediatric emergency room, recent expansion of surgical services and the addition of a pediatric trauma service.
Responsibilities include designing clinical protocols, managing staffing and quality metrics, admitting patients from the Pediatric ED, rounding on patients in the PICU, consulting with the pediatric subspecialists, and promoting research and education for nurses, APPs, medical students and residents.
Shifts are in-house eight hours per day and on call from home within 30 minutes response the remainder of the shift.
Additionally, PICU APPs are in-house 12-hours overnight.
Nemours providers at Lakeland Regional Health have access to more than 13 pediatric subspecialties on site as well as remote access to all the Nemours pediatric subspecialists located in Orlando.
The Nemours Transport team provides critical care transport services to Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida for children requiring higher level care.

Our 3 East unit is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to join our team in Wilmington, DE! Nemours is seeking a Day Medicine Registered Nurse.
The Day Medicine Unit has 10 physical bays that can accommodate 10 patients at one time.
The Sedation Suite houses two anesthesia induction rooms, two sedation induction rooms and eight recovery bays.
We have just expanded to also have the PET/MR Suite which includes one anesthesia and one sedation induction room.
Hours of operation for Day Medicine are between 0600 and 1930, Monday through Friday.
After hours, weekend and holiday service for sedation is provided by a rotating call team of two Day Medicine registered nurses.
The registered nursing staff in Day Medicine cares for approximately 650 patients each month.
Day Medicine performs single or ongoing outpatient IV infusions for many medical conditions.
Day Medicine also services all of the needs for pre-sedation and anesthesia preparation, intra-procedural care and subsequent sedation / anesthesia recovery for all Medical Imaging diagnostic studies and interventional procedures as well as minor procedures occurring outside of the operating room, emergency room and intensive care environments.
The average length of stay varies by procedure from only minutes to 8 or more hours.

MISIÓN
Gestión óptima del stock, constituido por el conjunto de los productos de la marca Hermès, con la finalidad de garantizar la puesta a disposición de dichos productos en tiempo y calidad y la seguridad de los mismos.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
ANALISIS Y PLANIFICACIÓN:
Back-up del Stock Manager, cuando sea necesario, en el pull de producto del almacén central, y para ello deberá:
* Hacer seguimiento diario de los niveles de stock en tienda y analizar las necesidades de producto a corto y medio plazo para solicitar la mercancía al almacén.
* Planificación de pedidos según su tiempo de recepción en tienda.
* Realizar el pull de producto al almacén según ese análisis de necesidades de la tienda y predicción de ventas.
* Revisión periódica de roturas de stock y comunicación con el stock manager.
* Apoyo en el seguimiento de pedidos desde el almacén central hasta su recepción en tienda.
RECEPCIÓN DE LA MERCANCÍA Y ORGANIZACIÓN:
* Recepción de mercancía, validación en el sistema, etiquetado de los productos y su correspondiente colocación.
* Control de la mercancía a nivel cualitativo y cuantitativo.
* Gestión y control efectiva del almacenamiento físico de productos a un enfoque más global y organizativo de todo el proceso logístico.
SALIDAS DE STOCK:
* Gestión y control de los procesos de traslado (In/Out) y validación del stock
* Capacidad de análisis del histórico de las transacciones
* Seguimiento de las actualizaciones de precios
* Garantizar un seguimiento administrativo de calidad basado en el respeto de los procesos del Grupo
* Participación activa en los inventarios parciales y generales.
INVENTARIOS:
* Participación activa en los inventarios parciales y generales.
COMPENTENCIAS Y HABILIDADES
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión de stock en el sector de Retail
* Será necesario el dominio de herramientas de ofimática, especialmente Excel.
El conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de stock como CEGID es muy valorable
* Capacidad de organización y precisión en la tarea
* Habilidades analíticas, pensamiento estratégico y comprensión de los flujos logísticos
* Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
* Habilidades de comunicación y de relación entre distintos perfiles
* Idiomas: inglés (mínimo requerido nivel B2).
Valorable nivel fluido de francés.

Mission générale :
Le/La Planificateur de Production opère dans le but d'organiser, superviser, diriger le planning de production à court terme en fonction des commandes émises par le service Supply Chain, de superviser le processus de production ou de fabrication et ceci en veillant toujours à optimiser les délais, l'utilisation des moyens de production et les coûts et ayant pour objectif la satisfaction client.

Gestion de planning

* Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration continue des paramètres d'ordonnancement, en lien avec la planification et le service production;
