The Regional EHS Leader Serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner, the Regional EHS Leader champions a leader-led culture of safety rooted in continuous improvement, employee engagement, and proactive risk reduction.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.
With the Director of Ministry and Evangelism, lead the LWGT Mini-Grant review team to strategize, coordinate and execute all LWGT Mini-Grant activities.
2.
Develop marketing plan in collaboration with campus partners to promote the LWGT Mini-Grant across campus.
3.
Schedule and plan all events and meetings related to the launch, support, and celebration of the LWGT Mini-Grant initiative.
4.
Manage budget and expenses related to the grant including tracking, reimbursements, and reporting.
5.
Initiate regular meetings with selected grantees to review programming, offer support, and evaluate progress.
6.
Meet regularly with the Director of Ministry and Evangelism and participate regularly in Ministry and Evangelism staff meetings.
Qualifications
1.
Bachelor's Degree.
2.
One to two years of administrative experience
3.
Evidence of Christian character and commitment to upholding Wheaton's Community Covenant.
4.
Clear communication skills.
5.
Approachable and able to relate to students and staff.
6.
This position requires a valid driver's license.
