Contexte :
Le site de Mâcon représente plus de 70 ans d'histoire dans le domaine de la Moyenne Tension et emploie 500 salariés.
Nous fabriquons des cellules moyennes tension assurant la distribution de l'électricité et qui permettent à nos clients de types industriels, résidentiels ou tertiaires de se raccorder au réseau électrique des distributeurs d'énergie et d'alimenter leurs équipements.

Aujourd'hui, plusieurs systèmes de gestion sont mis en place dans notre usine dans le but de réaliser le suivi du business complet de l'usine de Mâcon.

D'un autre côté, nous utilisons l'ERP " SAP " qui englobe les données de gestion achat, logistique, vente, contrôle de gestion, finance, RH de l'usine.
Avec un flux informatique de plus de 20000 articles par jour, les traitements de mises à jour des données est complexe et constant, engendrant des incohérences nécessitant en permanence des traitements correctifs.
Les types de données peuvent être des ordres de fabrication, des statuts de commandes ou d'articles, et bien d'autres.
Vos missions :
A l'horizon 2027/2028, une évolution majeure est à préparer pour un remplacement de ces outils vers un système complétement intégré.
Un nouvel outil MES et un nouvel outils ERP seront déployés.
L'objectif souhaitable sera donc de transférer ces données de la façon la plus " propre possible ".
C'est pourquoi, nous souhaitons mettre en place une interface permettant de mesurer et piloter la cohérence de ces données.
