Votre rôle :
Rattaché au Responsable méthodes et maintenance du site de Dijon, vous devrez, dans le cadre des objectifs opérationnels de votre secteur et dans le respect du Système de Performance Schneider (SPS), du lean manufacturing et des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement :
* Piloter opérationnellement l'équipe méthodes et garantir la performance des processus industriels de l'entité.
* Assurer l'optimisation, la rationalisation et la standardisation des moyens de production.
* Animer hiérarchiquement l'équipe méthodes.
Vos missions :
* Valider des solutions de réduction de coøt de production par l'adaptation des moyens et du processus industriel dans le respect des normes.
* Garantir les résultats économiques sur son secteur d'activité en termes de sécurité, CNQ, Niveau de service, Productivité.
* Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié méthodes maintenance auprès du REF :
+ Coordonner et piloter les actions d'améliorations en cohérence avec les priorités du secteur de fabrication.
+ Garantir une qualité de service optimum vers la Fabrication en termes de réponse et tenue des délais en cohérence avec les priorités de l'Usine.
* Animer l'équipe de techniciens méthodes en fonction des informations collectées pour atteindre les objectifs.
* Piloter tous les projets industriels d'intégration de produits nouveaux au sein de l'usine.
* Respecter et faire respecter les obligations Santé au travail, Sécurité, Environnement & Energie.
Votre profil :
* Bac +2 à Master spécialisé ou diplôme d'ingénieur avec une expérience dans le domaine de l'industrie
* Expérience de 5à 7 ans minimum en méthodes, production
