About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Service Team Assistant who ensures smooth and efficient daily operations within our Service organization.
In this role, you support our Service sales, and Service execution teams through coordination, administration, and strong stakeholder engagement.
You are the "oil in the machine," creating a seamless, productive, and positive environment for the entire Service team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Service Team in daily operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and reliable execution of activities.
* Coordinate and organize team meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and support follow-up tasks.
* Assist with travel planning for Field Service Representatives when needed.
* Handle administrative tasks, including contract management, opportunity management, report creation, and documentation updates.
* Manage office operations, including ordering tools, safety equipment, work clothes, and other essential supplies.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Business, or a related field

* Strong digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
