Nemours is seeking Nursing Assistant to join our team in Wilmington, DE for our Short Stay Observation Unit.
Position is full-time, 60 hrs every two weeks, rotating shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations.
4 West is a 24-four-bed limited-stay unit that typically cares for general medical surgical patients whose care is driven by protocols.
The unit consists of single patient care rooms, which can also be isolation rooms.
The goal of the unit is to provide very high-quality, high-value patient care within a 72-hour time frame.
Each patient room is equipped with oxygen, compressed air and suction, along with state-of-the-art cardiorespiratory bedside monitors and computers that enable the health care team to access a patient's electronic medical record.
These computers are also used in the barcoding administration of medications which ensures patient safety by verifying that the correct medication is given to the appropriate child.
Family-centered care rounds are performed daily to assure an interprofessional approach and partnership with the patient and family
The nursing assistant role is responsible for assisting with general activities of the patient care unit and assist the health care team with performance of patient care activities, under the direction and guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Essential Functions:
* Ensures an adequate stock of all necessary equipment and supplies in designated areas at established par levels.
* Ensures a clean and safe patient care unit.
* Assists patients with activities of daily life (bath, feed, play, etc.) and provides other patient care as directed.
* Assures all supplies are accurately charged.
* Contacts pharmacy, dietary, and other departments as designated by the Registered Nurse.
* Collects patient specimens (blood, urine, stool, other per policy), paying close attention to patient safety, comfort and accuracy of information.
* Uses Hospital Information Systems as required for patient care, (e.g.
documenting vital signs and patient care activities.)
* Accurately relays information from physicians, nurses, laboratory personnel and others.
* Transports patients and delivers reports, supplies, etc., to other patient units or Institute locations as needed.
* Courteously and professionally covers patient care unit front desk as needed.
This includes promptly answering telephones, greeting patients, sending reports, distributing, sorting, or processing mail, entering orders, managing medical record, etc.

Au sein de la Direction Internationale d'Hermès Parfum et Beauté, vous serez rattaché à l'Area Manager Europe Marché Local.

* Gestion des animations et événements dans les Espaces Personnalisés.
* Coordination et suivi des briefs entre les différents agents de la zone et les équipes centrales (Marketing Activation, Visual Merchandising, Marketing International, Media, E-commerce)
TRAVAIL SUR LES PLANOGRAMMES
* Recommandations et challenge des planogrammes sur le Semestre 2 2026 pour l'ensemble des pays de la zone, en collaboration avec chaque Area Manager et la Responsable Marketing Opérationnel et mise en place de la bonne stratégie visuelle sur le S2 26.
* Participation à l'analyse et la revue de l'assortiment par type de configuration en prévision du Semestre 1 2027.
* Création du document de recommandations de planogrammes S1 27 pour la zone Europe Marché Local avec l'outil IWD.
ANALYSES & REPORTINGS
* Analyses mensuelles sur la performance des lignes et du marché de la parfumerie sur plusieurs pays de la zone avec reportings
* Gestion et consolidation d'une note trimestrielle des activations des différents marchés, à l'attention des équipes centrales
* Pour chaque lancement, préparation d'un reporting pré et post-lancement pour l'ensemble de la zone, en collaboration avec les équipes formation / e-commerce / media / marketing
* Consolidation de benchmarks / suivi des temps forts de la zone (St-Valentin, Fête des Mères, Fête des Pères, lancements de la concurrence...) / feedback sur les lancements
SUIVI BUDGETAIRE

About the Role
The Unit Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the Triage program at the MARC Healing Center.
This role supports both program staff and clients by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other clerical functions while maintaining a calm, professional, and recovery-focused environment.
The Unit Clerk serves as a vital link between staff, clients, and community partners - supporting the program's daily functions, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a welcoming and organized clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry for client registration, service records, and file management.
* Verify insurance eligibility and complete prior authorizations or admission notifications as required.
* Ensure all clerical and administrative functions are performed in compliance with Compass Health policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Manage purchasing and supply orders for the program.
* Track and implement updates to office policies and procedures.
* Collect and organize data for program and compliance reporting.
* Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Serve as receptionist as needed - greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries.
* Support crisis response at the front desk by calmly addressing urgent or symptomatic situations until clinical staff are available.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and displays as assigned.
* Maintain client files and ensure compliance with WAC, licensing, and contract requirements.
* Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
* Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.

What You Bring

The Senior Manager, Category Strategy is a critical role within the Global Brand Team ecosystem.
This role partners closely with cross‑functional global and regional teams to develop, shape, and deploy category leadership strategies, strategic retail guidance, and global retail execution and shopper toolkits for the Hair category.
