Maximus is seeking a Tier 1 IT User Support Specialist to support work with a Health client remotely.
The Tier 1 Support Agent provides first-line support for end users by addressing technical issues, service requests, and incident tickets.
The agent serves as the initial point of contact for users seeking assistance with systems, applications, and IT services, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution or escalation according to service-level agreements (SLAs).
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance and is contingent upon award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate substantial understanding of technical tactics by using a variety of internal and external sources to repair the operational deficiency.
- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced technicians.
- Resolve more complex technical issues submitted by less-experienced technicians.

Director of Quality and Risk Management Overview:
The Director of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for leading the activities and resources of the Quality and Risk Management Department to achieve both departmental and organizational goals.
This includes oversight of risk management, patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
* Manage claims against the facility and coordinate with legal counsel and the corporate compliance team.
* Serve as liaison with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff to resolve complaints.
* Administer and oversee the day-to-day operations of the risk management program.
* Analyze risk data and trends to mitigate liability and improve patient outcomes.
* Lead patient safety initiatives to create and maintain a safe healthcare environment.
Quality Management:
* Direct performance improvement projects, quality reviews, and ensure DNV survey readiness.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and lead efforts to meet CMS IPFQR and other program metrics.
* Provide guidance on the formation and maintenance of hospital policies and procedures.
* Participate in hospital and medical staff committees as needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
* LPN or RN required.
* Unencumbered Nursing (RN or LPN) license in the State of Missouri.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of Quality Metrics, Healthcare Data Analytics and proficiency in EHRs required.
* Minimum of 2 years of Nursing & Infection Control experience required.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality, Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and/or Performance Improvement within a healthcare setting required.
Skills & Certifications:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* BLS certification required within one month of hire.
* CPHQ certification required within two years of hire.
