Summary of Role:
This position will provide oversight and guidance for a region of 13 Senior Housing communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care).
Qualified candidates should have 10 years of successful leadership experience in a similar environment for operations and fiscal success, be committed to our core values, and have a passion for the seniors that we serve.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
* Oversee all operations and fiscal oversight for 13 communities in all aspects of resident care, admissions, staffing, marketing, programming, culinary services, facilities maintenance, and administration.

Au sein de l'organigramme général d'Hermès Sellier, le stagiaire rapporte au responsable développement durable et réglementaire de la Direction Industrielle des Métiers Soie & Accessoires de Mode (ADM).
L'équipe a la charge de la mise en mouvement de la stratégie RSE du pole et d'assurer la mise en conformité des produits au regard des diverses réglementations internationales.
Eléments de contexte
Le pôle Soie & ADM (Soie et Textiles, Bijouterie Fantaisie, Ceintures, Chapeaux et Gants) représentent 5 des 16 métiers d'Hermès et plus de 4 Millions d'articles / an, répartis sur des savoir- faire variés, des typologies de matières diverses et un propos créatif fort.
Principales missions
* Pilotage projet des sujets Data avec l'aide du responsable développement durable et réglementation : expression de besoin, cadrage, pilotage, suivi du planning et des livrables
* Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration et la fiabilisation des tableaux de bord existants
* Réalisation des reportings àdestination de l'équipe et de la Direction
Développer
* Participer à différents projetsen collaboration avec les équipes internes pour simplifier le quotidien opérationnel des équipes (validation de workflow, simplification des collectes de données, automatisation entre nos SI existantes)
* Construction de BI pour l'équipe à partir des données existantes (formalisation de l'existant, cartographie et nettoyage des données ...) sur des sujets identifiés :
+ Analyse de la conformité de nos collections (innocuité chimique) et centralisation des données de test
+ Analyse de la conformité douanière de nos collections (attestations matières et attestation de production)
Accompagner
* Les équipes métiers lors des campagnes de tests et analyses de risques chimiques ciblées (collecte des échantillons à tester, lien avec le laboratoire, suivi des tests, collecte des résultats et interprétation, avec l'aide de la cheffe de projet réglementaire de l'équipe)
* L'équipe développement durable dans la cartographie des flux de production et flux logistiques pour servir nos calculs d'ACV (Analyse de Cycle de Vie), Bilan Carbone et quantifier l'usage du plastique dans la supply chain
* L'équipe dans les extractions de données ponctuelles nécessaires à l'avancée des sujets opérationnels (analyse des risques business, analyse des portefeuilles de commande, analyse de la conformité des collections)

* Synthétiser et diffuser une communication régulière et claire via des newsletters à destination des équipes (actualités, avancées opérationnelles, KPIs de l'équipe, calendriers réglementaires)
