Nous produisons une part significative des disjoncteurs modulaires de la gamme Multi 9 avec un haut niveau de performance.
Nous développons nos domaines d'expertises stratégiques et fabriquons des sous-ensembles.
Notamment de sous-ensembles thermiques sur machines découpe/soudure/multi technologies et Réglage thermique, marquage, personnalisation et finition des produits sur lignes automatiques à grande cadence.
Nous assurons le support industriel international aux sites mondiaux concernés par l'industrialisation et la fabrication de disjoncteurs modulaires.

C'est en collaboration avec les services Méthodes, Logistique, Sécurité et bâtiment que vous seront confiées les missions suivantes afin de mener à bien le projet de transformation du magasin d'usine MG Alès.
Mission principale :
* Participer au projet de transformation de nos entrepôts de stockage industriel.
* Réaliser une étude de dimensionnement de stockage sur des zones de picking du nouvel entrepôt.
* Réaliser une étude de flux actuels et futurs afin d'identifier les meilleures solutions et le plan d'actions associées.
* Effectuer et suivre les actions liées à la transformation physique de l'entrepôt, à la fois en interne de l'usine et avec de sous-traitant.
* Participer au groupe de travail visant à l'intégration de solution digitale dans notre nouvel entrepôt (AGV, Solution d'inventaire automatique, Signalisation, RF Guns ...)
Missions Secondaires :
* Participation à la vie industrielle du secteur magasin.
* Participation aux activités d'amélioration continue du secteur.
Méthodologies à utiliser :
* Méthodes Kaizen
* Méthodes PDCA
* Méthodes 5S
* Diagramme de flux et ou VSM.
* Méthodes Pareto et analyse FMR ABC
* Méthodes Kanbans et 2 bins system
* Autocad (modifications de plan)
Profil recherché :
* Ecole d'ingénieur spécialisation en gestion industrielle ou logistique.
* Durée 6 mois avec une prise de poste en Janvier / Février 2025
* Intérêt pour l'amélioration continue et l'analyse des données.
