Compass Health is seeking a Clinician II to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Bellingham.
In this high-impact role, you'll deliver critical, in-the-moment behavioral health services to individuals of all ages experiencing acute mental health crises.
You'll work across community settings-including homes, schools, shelters, and public spaces-bringing stability, compassion, and recovery-focused care when and where it's needed most.
This is a full-time float position offering 12-hour shifts and dynamic day-to-day work throughout Whatcom County.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide in-person crisis assessments and stabilization support across community settings

* Determine need for ITA evaluation, complete affidavits, and participate in court proceedings as required
* Serve in a rotation for after-hours emergency response, including outreach and de-escalation
