You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with complex needs-providing comprehensive, wraparound support in their homes and communities, not just in the office.
What You'll Do
As a Clinician II, you'll:
* Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services.
* Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.
* Help stabilize clients by meeting them multiple times per week, sometimes daily.
* Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.
* Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).
* Be part of the 24/7 on-call pager rotation and respond to urgent needs.
What You Bring
* Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.
* Preferably 2 years of experience in human services.
* Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC standards (preferred).
* Commitment to or experience with evidence-based practices.
* Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
* If unlicensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire.
* Completion of WA State Approved Supervisor Training (if providing supervision).
