The Knot Worldwide is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Market Insights Lead to own research studies for the company's 13 wedding brands across UK, Europe, Latam and India.
This position will work closely with groups across the organization - including Marketing, product and strategy teams - to represent the attitudes, preferences and behaviors of current and potential couples and vendors.
This individual will work especially to understand cultural differences in wedding planning across our international markets.
In this role, you will manage research projects from inception to completion, including methodology selection, data analysis and presentation of findings.
We are looking for someone that is comfortable with both "scrappy" and sophisticated research methodologies - you'll need to be comfortable programming and launching a quick study among our users as well as working with external research partners.
You'll be working with stakeholders who value data and insights to inform strategy.

What will you do
The APAC Innovation Demand Planning Manager is responsible for the overall innovation demand planning process including Forecasting, Market PIPO management, and Demand portfolio alignment.
This involves playing a key role in market demand reviews to drive alignment between the markets and the region to improve the quality of assumptions in innovation forecasting.
