The Engineer/Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers in all aspects of design and plan preparation for roadway, highway, and civil improvement projects for State, City, and County agencies in California.
The successful candidate will deliver projects per agreed to plan, budget, and quality objectives.
Will lead, assign, and review work of the project delivery team; check work and progress and identify changes of scope and additional services.

JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Coordinator will assist with both Human Resources and Financial functions.

POSITION OVERVIEW
* Work with the Business Office Manager to ensure all financial information has been entered and accounted for appropriately to produce consistent and accurate financial reporting.
* Administrative support and data entry.
* Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
* Maintain accurate employee files.
* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and summaries as needed or requested.
* Manage Long Term Care insurance claims.
* Mange renters' insurance process for residents.
* Maintain professional confidentiality.
* Perform other duties as specified by Business Office Manager and Executive Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
