RESPONSIBILITIES
* Research and fact-finding
+ Reviewing technical and non-technical documentation (construction schedules, blueprints and technical engineering drawing, reports, correspondence, market data, weather reports, financial data, etc....) to identify key details and metrics used to develop expert reports.
+ Through research, develop keen understanding of all relevant information pertaining to legal disputes regarding largescale construction projects
* Detailed data analysis

As a valued intern, the Reinsurance Intern will be responsible for participating and assisting in the coordinated efforts related to the frequent placement of Reinsurance contracts with all business units at Core Specialty.
The Intern will gain valuable experience supporting the creation of all monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports produced within the Reinsurance Management department, as well as, having a voice to provide recommendations and conclusions to enhance the overall reinsurance management environment at Core Specialty.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
* Assist with reinsurance management, guideline maintenance, process, and procedure documentation.

Job Summary
The ACH Operations Associate is responsible for daily operational aspects of ACH operations primarily processing all aspects related to ACH transactions with the Federal Reserve. This position assists in reconcilements, research, and trouble shooting.
Assures ACH processing is in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

The Contracts and Grants Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and evaluating contract and grant functions, as well as the associated support services that depend on grant funding or contract services for essential operations.
This role involves developing contracts and grants to procure professional services, consultant services, products, or to fund programs.
The Analyst will also develop and administer related policies and procedures, assuming primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations involving procurement, contract writing and negotiations, and grant writing.
The incumbent must write clearly and accurately to identify and describe technical procedures, service delivery methodologies, and billing procedures.
Additionally, they must be able to read, understand, interpret, and apply provisions of federal, state, and local legislation and regulations pertinent to contractual agreements for services.
Strong communication skills and techniques for contract negotiations are essential.
The role also demands the ability to analyze and evaluate contracts, budgets, grant proposals, government grants, and contractors' performance and compliance, as well as problem-solving and resolving differences between contractors and the department.
The Analyst will also need to direct and supervise the work of others, monitor contract services, and ensure quality and adherence to model fidelity.
This position requires the incumbent to travel throughout the county as needed.

This position will be responsible for providing services such as accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, general accounting, and creating financial reports.
The incumbent will also be responsible for monthly projections of expenses/revenues as well as act as back up for Accounts Payable and processing invoices.
The department seeks candidates with prior accounts receivable billing, Internal Service Fund, and/or general fiscal experience.
