This role will support a variety of Schneider electric business units and requires experience in drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex equipment, software and services agreements of varying scope and complexity.
As part of this role, you will be part of Schneider Electric's North American Legal team providing legal expertise for various business units with responsibilities including but not limited to:

* Be a business counsel, partner and provide strategic legal support and advice to internal business clients.
