Intégré à l'équipe Digital Training au sein de la direction Corporate Citizenship, vous contribuerez à la conception d'outils de formations en réalité augmentée, virtuelle et mixte (XR), destinés à la formation des électriciens de demain.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
* Concevoir des protocoles de travaux pratiques sur des thématiques variées liées à l'électricité (installation, maintenance, sécurité, photovoltaïque, etc.) ;
* Définir les parcours pédagogiques en collaboration avec des experts (scénarios, exercices, objectifs d'apprentissage, niveaux de difficulté) ;
* Collaborer étroitement avec des spécialistes techniques, pédagogiques et XR pour garantir la cohérence, la pertinence et la qualité des contenus ;
* Créer des simulateurs de formation XR interactifs (AR/VR) à l'aide de notre outil no-code XR Operator Advisor, en mettant l'accent sur les procédés techniques liés à l'électricité et au solaire ;
* Tester, valider et améliorer les simulations pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement, leur fluidité et leur efficacité pédagogique ;
* Présenter régulièrement l'avancement des projets, partager les retours d'expérience et proposer des axes d'amélioration ;
* Contribuer à une veille technologique active sur les usages de la XR dans la formation technique, les innovations en pédagogie immersive et les innovations en formation technique numérique ;
