Lead a world class team to build cutting edge features for IOT based web applications along with all the
backend infrastructure that will be used by the apps.

organization from requirements gathering all the way to postproduction.
Working closely with a talented and highly skilled pool of Software development Engineers, you shall be
responsible to drive the next level of features, while guiding and mentoring the team.
You will manage your
business goals, contribute to product strategy, and help your team build the right information retrieval and
data strategies.
You will ensure the sanity of software architecture, operational excellence, and quality,
delivering results on time and tracking project milestones.
You will set up best practices for development and
champion their adoption.
Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular deep mentoring.
Perform
regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback.
Operating with scale and speed amidst flux,

Prospective candidate should have:
• 10+ years of software product development experience with at least 2 years in managing a software
team.
• Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Information Engineering from a
reputed institute.
• Hands-on in technologies like IOT, Big Data Analytics & AWS or Azure Cloud.
• Prior experience with scalable & Microservices architecture.
• Experience in building web apps using Microsoft .NET and JavaScript frameworks like Angular, ReactJS
is a must.
• Experience in using HTML & CSS for front-end development.
• Design & development experience of RESTful services & APIs like Open API, SOAP, REST JSON, XML
etc.
• Experience in managing application development team, coaching, mentoring engineers at various
stages of their career.
• Experience in building world class IOT based web and/or mobile applications
• Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL Database
• Knowledge about Microservices hosting platform Apigee, monetization platform AppDirect will be a
big plus
• Experience in working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps , Junit
• Working Knowledge of Azure IOTHub, Amazon EC2, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SES.
• Superior project management skills & experience of delivering high quality projects on time
• Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work with Product Managers & UX Designers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired Excellent
leadership skills to mentor the engineers under you.

As the Source-to-Contract Team Leader for Global Procurement Services, you are responsible for working closely with the IPCC S2C Hub Leader to improve current business operations and revise them to achieve the long-term vision.
The incumbent will be in charge of executing GPS services for assigned regions & clusters for the S2C activities such as RFx, Business Review, Contract Management, Tail spend, Common parts productivity and networking capital etc.
by supporting all manufacturing locations within the region for the products in scope, solving the need of the business and manage key suppliers including in the Direct Purchases.This position also facilitates the interactions between the Region Effectiveness managers, Category management,cross-functional stakeholders, and purchasing to maintain and develop suppliers in the region meeting current business requirements, future growth needs, technological evolutions, supply chain optimization, and achieving targets of Adoption rate and cost savings.
