Propósito y Rol
Quien ocupe el cargo será responsable de ejecutar las tareas y proyectos ligadas a Compensación & Beneficios, gestión de la nómina, gestión de los procesos de Recursos Humanos relacionados a indicadores, políticas, procesos y la gestión del cumplimiento en cuanto controles internos y auditorias
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
· Gestionar el programa de compensación y beneficios a nivel local, conforme a las políticas y procedimientos regionales, globales y legislación laboral local.
· Ejecutar el proceso de nómina mensual acorde a los lineamientos organizacionales establecidos y con los controles necesarios para evitar potenciales errores en el proceso
· Asegurar la adecuada gestión del personal temporal autorizado para laborar en la organización.
· Administrar los sistemas de información de personal a cargo de la función (eHR, Exactus, Human Site, PIAM, Tu Recibo, My TW y otros)
· Asegurar la debida gestión de los procesos de recursos humanos acorde a la definición y estándares establecidos por la función y control interno
· Administrar el presupuesto de cada uno de los procesos a su cargo
· Interactuar con las gerencias y supervisiones funcionales para entender sus necesidades sobre procesos que lidera y mejorar nuestro impacto en la organización.
· Orientar a las gerencias funcionales sobre las políticas y procedimientos del departamento de Recursos Humanos con el fin de abordar en conjunto requerimientos del área.
· Disponibilidad para atender llamadas regionales
· Apoyar en el desarrollo de proyectos nuevos para la función
· Liderar prioridades a nivel organizacional junto con otros líderes
· Apoyar la planificación, organización y ejecución de actividades de Recursos Humanos
· Participar en reuniones con clientes internos.
· Asistir y/o brindar capacitaciones a nivel interno incluyendo los días sábado, previa organización interna.
Requisitos del puesto:
* Carrera Universitaria completa en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o Carrera afín.
* Nivel avanzado del idioma inglés
* Experiencia laboral que compruebe conocimientos, ejecución y mejora continua en procesos de Recursos Humanos requeridos en el rol.
* Al menos 5 años de experiencia en la ejecución de procesos de Nómina, Compensación y Beneficios, auditorías y políticas internas.
* Experiencia ejecutando el rol de HR Business Partner
* Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y administración de presupuesto.
