What are we looking for?
The Field Inspector is responsible for custody transfer surveys of commodities transferred to and from rail cars, tank trucks, shore tanks, barges and ships and volume measurement, temperature measurement and sampling of commodity materials contained or conveyed in lines, shore tanks, cars, tank trucks and barges and ships.
This position will travel at least 60% of the time.
Shift/Schedule: Variable schedule and hours (nights, weekends and holidays depending on schedule) often requiring personal to be on call.
Note: You are guaranteed a 40-hour workweek.
Salary & Benefits Information
The starting wage or salary range for this position is $22-24/hr.
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:
* Understand and adhere to Caleb Brett safety procedures.
* Perform by specified methodology the below duties in addition to completing the associated paperwork.
* Volume measurement, temperature measurement and sampling of commodity materials contained or conveyed in lines, shore tanks, cars, tank trucks and barges and ships.
* Visual inspections on lines, pumps, manifolds, shore tanks, rail cars, tank trucks, barges and ships.
* Complete custody transfer surveys of commodities transferred to and from rail cars, tank trucks, shore tanks, barges and ships.
* Perform routine equipment calibrations, verification and function checks.
* Verify and communicate the results obtained and to make the entries into the appropriate media.
* Provide on the job assistance and receive training from more experienced inspectors.
* Communicate and coordinate with terminal, transport and Company personnel to promote smooth exercise of duties assigned.
* Monitor the availability of the supplies needed for the above processes, and to make any needs for such supplies known to the Dispatcher or Coordinator.

Successful candidates must demonstrate experience in the full lifecycle for a solution architect including innovative technology development, customer shaping, proposal / orals preparation and delivery, through to successful program standup / transition.
As a member of the CTO's team, the candidate must be able to operate independently and demonstrate experience leading/guiding a team to architect, develop and implement business applications at enterprise scale.
The individual must have over 15 years of experience architecting, and managing federal technology and cyber security solutions implementations with working experience across Public / Private cloud platforms, DevSecOps, Microservices, and Security Engineering.
Ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience architecting modern technology solutions, Knowledge of current and emerging Federal standards such as CMMI, ITIL, NIST Risk Management Framework, FISMA and FEDRAMP with international experience preferred.
Job Duties:
- Provides technical solution support during proposal development process, to include technology stack selection, solution architecture, and implementation methodology to include customer engagement and shaping
- Leads and manages internal teams to architect solutions, facilitate solutions design and manage implementations including working with industry leading partners (e.g.
AWS, MSFT, Google, ServiceNow, Sales Force)
- Design and develop advanced technology solutions according to federal standards, leveraging state of the art enterprise grade technologies and design best practices that enable a federal agency level scalability and flexibility
