SRCTec, LLCis looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor, Second Shift, to join our team.
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production floor operations and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products.
You will also be involved in training, coaching, mentoring, and developing the production staff, as well as building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Provide direct supervision to a staff of 10-15 hourly production associates
* Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and guests, identifying and correcting unsafe conditions in a timely fashion

Dans un contexte d'activités fortes, le stagiaire travaillera sous la responsabilité de la Responsable communication interne.
Il l'accompagnera et soutiendra également la chargée de communication interne dans ses tâches opérationnelles et abordera ainsi les différents aspects de la fonction au sein de l'entité.
Il prendra progressivement en charge la rédaction d'articles pour notre journal interne, l'adaptation de ces derniers pour les écrans de communication digitaux, il participera à l'organisation des événements internes et soutiendra l'équipe communication interne dans l'animation de son réseau de relais communication présents dans les sites de production.
