Your Impact
* Lead development and improvement of products, taking ownership from concept through testing and production implementation.
* Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver practical, customer-driven solutions.
* Plan and execute product testing, translating results into clear recommendations and design improvements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues, supporting both manufacturing and field performance.
* Drive progress across projects by coordinating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring key milestones are met.
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a hands-on engineering environment.
* Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-through.
* Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and meet deadlines, including influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in testing, analysis, and problem-solving.
* Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks); exposure to FEA/CFD is a plus.
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $65k - $90k, plus gainshare bonus.
