The Material Productivity Leader provide strategic direction and is in charge of develop, lead and execution of all the initiatives for the direct material cost-out activities in the plant.
Also is responsible to support the operational relations with suppliers based on the strategy defined by the commodity management and Procurement departments including activities like the correct respect of the contracts in the plant, support RFQ processes including its creation and follow up, as well as take part in the negotiation process regarding price definition, quantity of products, quality and logistic level.
Track and report key elements/data on supplier performance.
The Material Productivity Leader is a procurement leader responsible of:
• Lead a project portfolio of cost reduction initiatives for the direct material in the assigned plant.
• Develop, sell, lead and execute cost reduction projects in a cross-functional environment aligned to the North America region strategy.
Initiatives include change of supplier, quality & value engineering changes, supply base optimization and supply risk mitigation among others.
• Lead and build and support a solid pipeline of projects through new ideas that secure productivity year over year.
• Coach, disrupt and lead the procurement organization in the project management/agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the correct deployment of the general Purchasing Strategy of cost reduction initiatives in the cluster.
• Propose cost reduction projects/ ideas (QVE, Rebalancing, etc.
) within his/her perimeter in consistency with the Purchasing strategy goals.
• Contribute to the correct purchasing database maintenance via the regular and constant update of corresponding data.
• Support the commodity management strategy for supplier consultation & selection including negotiate and manage contracts with local/specific suppliers (price, lead times, pay terms, inventory level, etc.
)
• Support and / or lead all the activities related the supply qualification system in plant according with the responsibility matrix defined.

• Establish relations with key stakeholders and lead executive presentations with senior leadership.
Communication of results and accountable for plant productivity financials.
• Drive and ensure project timelines, deliverables, budget, quality, critical activities and other important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are within expectations and forecast.

The main objective of this role is to manage the creation and maintenance of Plat specific SAP master data.
The Plant Master Data Manager (PMDM) is responsible for ensuring smooth business operations by preparing and maintaining accurate master data.
This is achieved by working closely with the plant Data Domain Owners, Key Users (Power Users), and end-users who are responsible for creating their domain data, such as PIR, SL, customers, vendors, BOMs, and Routings, depending on the requirements.

* Administer One shuttle tool (Lifecycle and Workflow Management)
* Improve times of execution in One shuttle template
* Responsible for the creation of the material master data in plant.
* PMDM will be responsible for the material master only, creation of parts, activate the part when ready, obsolete and changes on parts according to lifecycle and projects.
* Coordinate with the plant Data Coordinators/Key Users for all concerned domains (Mktg, CR, LO, MF, PU, QU, EP, CO, FI, etc.) before activating the item master in the system.
Each area is responsible for the creation of their data like loading BOMS, Routings, PIR/ SL....
PMDA needs audit their data before releasing the parts to the plant.

* Provide localized training for plant master.
* Assess the performance of plant Data Domain owners in meeting business needs and data quality requirements and work with Master Data Coordinators and their supervisors to address performance issues.

Nemours Children's Health, Delaware Valley is seeking casual neonatal nurse practitioners or experienced NICU physician assistants to join our APP team.
You will be working collaboratively with our NICU providers delivering care in our Level IV NICU.
This position includes Neonatal Transport, and delivery room attendance in our Advanced Delivery Unit.
As Delaware's only Level IV NICU, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Nemours/Alfred I.
duPont Hospital for Children provides care for the most critically ill infants.
Our NICU is the state's only neonatal extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) center and our team cares for both medically and surgically complex patients with varying diagnoses, including respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, gastrointestinal, renal/urologic, skeletal, and metabolic disorders.
The NICU team currently provides care for up to 32 patients in our state of the art, single-room design unit, as well as attending deliveries in our High Risk Delivery Center for neonates with known congenital anomalies.
Requirements:
