The LPN/ Health and Wellness Coordinator will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met.
They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change.
The LPN/HWC works closely with the Health & Wellness Director(Director of Nursing).
This position will be working the hours of 11am-7pm with every other weekend hours.
