JOB SUMMARY
Poly6 are seeking a proactive and dependable Production Operator to join our agile, dynamic team as we commission and ramp production at our state-of-the-art investment casting core facility.
This individual will report directly to the Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Systems and will work closely with the Lead Process Engineer.
The Production Operator will play a central role in operating production equipment, coordinating labor, and ensuring parts are completed and delivered on schedule.
They will also perform first-line maintenance and troubleshooting and escalate appropriately to engineering and facilities teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technician who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and takes full ownership of production goals and equipment usage.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Labor Coordination:
