The position will be responsible for the following:
* Managing and billing grants from Federal/Local/State Agencies
* Preparing Reconciliations of various accounts
* Preparing Monthly/Quarterly Grant Claims
* Preparing Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Projections
* Creating invoices in PeopleSoft.
* Reviewing Travel and Training Request/Coding Reimbursements
* Reviewing and Auditing Personnel Timecards
* Supporting External and Internal Grant Audits
* Supporting the Year-End Reporting Processes as needed.
* Assisting in Annual Budget Projections as needed.
* Other duties as they relate to the unit as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
