Koch Specialty Plant Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage key client projects.
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope and will oversee all aspects of projects.
The successful candidate will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor/summarize the progress of our projects.
This role will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and will work directly with clients to ensure that all deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
The Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
This role will be working in the office full-time out of our Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA office locations.
What You Will Do
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third parties to ensure safe, timely, and profitable outcomes of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Read & interpret drawings/specifications to ensure that work is completed per the client's request.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project.
* Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and performs high skilled maintenance tasks on state-of-the-art equipment.
CPP-Syracuse is a manufacturer of premium investment castings for the Aircraft and Industrial Gas Turbine industry and has been in business for over 80 years.
This position qualifies for $1,000 sign-on bonus, 5% quarterly bonus plan and a competitive pay rate.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Major Responsibilities:
* Responsible for inspection, maintenance and repair of plant wide production equipment.
* Experience with 480V 3 phase electrical power distribution systems.
* Must understand electrical theory and have the ability to apply it with strong troubleshooting techniques.
* Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing machine instrumentation and electrical controls.

Engineering Co-ops will be assigned to New Product Development engineering or Production Engineering working cooperatively with manufacturing to develop robust processes and tooling to support the company's growth in the industrial and aerospace investment casting markets.
Individuals identified as dimensional will focus primarily on dimensional control, the dies, fixtures, gages, and other tooling associated with the manufacture of investment castings.
Problem solving, and the concepts & tools of problem solving, are essential to the job.
Engineers will be required to identify & define problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to problems that affect yield, rework, and overall quality of the product using a standardized approach (PDCA, Six-Sigma...).

Position Summary
The Solar Farm Installer III - Driller operates drilling and other equipment for solar array installation, including footings and solar panels.
Responsibilities include manual labor, equipment operation, quality checks, electronic reporting, and following Site Supervisor instructions.
This safety-sensitive role may involve using company vehicles and various machinery.
Primary Responsibilities
* Complete training and maintain certifications.
* Follow all laws and company policies.
* Attend safety meetings and participate in site clean-up.
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
* Operate equipment safely and efficiently, understanding project scopes and measurements.
* Assist with inventory, site prep, and loading/unloading materials.
* Obtain required licenses and demonstrate teamwork and safety.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Operate off-road vehicles and heavy equipment as needed.

The installer plays a critical role in the successful operation of Sunesta Awnings & Screens by performing field installations in the greater Central Florida area.
