Vous évoluerez au sein du département Digital Factory / CONTROL & IO dans le service R&D HARDWARE, au cœur d'une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire et multi-métiers.
Missions
Votre mission se concentre sur l'optimisation et l'évolution de l'architecture des automates Modicon M580 de Schneider Electric.
L'objectif principal est de concevoir une architecture générique, adaptable aux fonctions des modules CRA (Communication Redundancy Adapter) et NOC (Network Operation Center), en partant de l'architecture existante du PLC M580LITE.
Le flot de conception se décrit par un cycle en V qui est une méthodologie de gestion de projet et de conception qui divise le projet en deux phases :
* Phase descendante (conception) :
* Analyse des besoins
* Conception préliminaire
* Conception détaillée
* Phase ascendante (validation) :
* Tests unitaires
* Tests d'intégration
* Tests de validation
* Maintenance
Chaque étape de la phase descendante est associée à une étape de validation correspondante dans la phase ascendante.
Nous vous proposons de réaliser cette alternance sous 4 phases :
* Phase 1 : Architecture produit :
Vous définirez l'architecture détaillée du produit et rédigerez la spécification technique des besoins en prenant en compte les paramètres qualité, les règles d'industrialisation,, l'EcoDesign, les règles de robustesse, contraintes environnementales CEM (compatibilité ElectroMagnétique, etc.
* Phase 2 : Conception détaillée
Vous réaliserez des schémas électriques des différentes cartes électroniques, le dossier de justification techniques.
Vous définierez les cross-sections PCB (stackup des différentes cartes), le dossier de contraintes Placement/Routage et Electromécaniques.
Vous analyserez les risques et mettrez en place des mitigations aux risques identifiés.
Pour cela, vous prendrez en compte les contraintes en termes électromécaniques, des règles d'industrialisation, de l'EcoDesign, etc.
* Phase 3 : CAO PCB
Vous suivrez les supports techniques de placement, routage, des activités mécaniques.
Vous rédigerez le plan de tests.
Vous suivrez les phases préparatoires d'industrialisation, de production des prototypes et de validation (setup de test).
Pour cela, vous prendrez en compte les différents paramètres et risques identifiés au préalable.
* Phase 4 : Vérification et Qualification
Il s'agt dans cette dernière phase de réaliser les vérifications techniques (intégrité des signaux et timings) et de réaliser les qualifications environnementales.
