Vos missions :
* Assurer la transition réussie vers la phase d'industrialisation, en transformant les prototypes en produits viables conçus selon les règles de l'art et selon les processus de l'entreprise
* Collaborer avec les différents membres de l'équipe (Product Owner technique, concepteur électromécanique, développeurs Firmware, experts sur les capteurs) et participer activement aux rituels Agiles pour atteindre les objectifs collectifs de l'équipe
* Itérer pour surmonter les défis techniques et s'adapter aux retours réguliers des clients et de tous les partenaires (industrialisation, qualité).
* Valider des échantillons d'ingénierie et des produits, soutenir le laboratoire de test avec la certification et la documentation du développement.
* Soutenir de manière proactive d'autres collègues en électronique, en apportant votre expertise au bénéfice d'autres offres de la même League (par exemple Powertag), créant ainsi des synergies pour mutualiser les efforts sur les défis techniques communs
Votre profil :
* Bac+5 en Génie électrique ou Electronique
* Vous avez une expérience de 10 ans en conception électronique
* Idéalement, une partie de cette expérience a été acquise dans un environnement R&D organisé en mode Agile
Vos compétences :
* Expert en conception électronique (règles de conception, solutions industrialisables), en particulier en conception numérique et analogique et en chaîne d'acquisition

Votre rôle et principales missions :
* Réussir l'exécution du projet en s'assurant de la satisfaction client et de la rentabilité
* Contrôler et suivre de façon efficiente le projet et son coøt en respectant le process et en incluant la gestion des risques
* Planifier le projet et suivre le planning
* Coordonner les travaux avec les différentes entreprises impliquées (lots électriques, CVC) et l'entreprise générale
* Trouver les partenaires externes appropriés si cela est nécessaire.
Négocier les achats avec l'appui du service achat et piloter les approvisionnements
* Réaliser le chiffrage des avenants sur son portefeuille projet, les proposer au client, les négocier et obtenir des commandes de travaux supplémentaires
* Piloter la programmation et la mise en service
Ce poste est basé à Rueil-Malmaison (IDF) avec des déplacements sur l'ensemble de la région en fonction de l'exécution des projets.Le Permis de conduire est donc nécessaire afin d' assurer ces déplacements (un véhicule sera mis à disposition).
Votre profil et compétences
Titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur ou équivalent en électricité ou génie climatique, vous possédez une première expérience en tant que Chef de projet.
Vous détenez de solides connaissances en management de projet, des connaissances des techniques en génie climatique (CVC), de la régulation et de la søreté, une maîtrise de la GTB et des différents protocoles de communication (Bacnet, Lon, KNX) .
Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe, d'un bon sens de la communication, d'un excellent relationnel client et de réactivité.
L'anglais serait un plus.
