Senior Data Financial Analyst
Summary:
* Support the Financial Control Unit by creating advanced queries to analyze operational / financial data from hundreds of users and to aid FCU colleagues in the performance of quarterly deliverables.
* Perform large data reconciliations from BlackLine and PeopleSoft to ensure populations are complete and reliable.
Utilize data engineering and desktop applications to improve the efficiency of existing processes and controls.
Collaborate with / facilitate efforts of multiple teams that utilize these large data sets.
* Develop and manage dashboards and other visualization metrics to accurately summarize and present key metrics to Blackline users, FCU leadership and various Chubb management constituencies.
* Perform Local Administrator duties within Chubb's BlackLine operating platform.
Interact with internal and third-party technical analysts to assess BlackLine platform performance, as well as the impacts to data and functionality from maintenance & upgrades.
* Perform advanced data analytics to validate the quality of completed account reconciliations and manual journal entries, as well as aid in the execution of other key controls.

As Chubb's Global Head of Generative Business Intelligence (GenBI), you will act as a strategic leader with responsibility to define and execute our global GenBI vision and strategy.
You will lead the development, implementation, and management of next generation Business Intelligence Center of Excellence and GenBI solutions, empowering stakeholders across the organization with actionable insights.
Leveraging your deep expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, modernization, business intelligence rationalization and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of generative BI, we will look to you to drive innovation, foster a data-driven culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure GenBI solutions.
Your role will encompass the following, where you will:
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
* Develop and articulate a comprehensive global GenBI strategy aligned with Chubb's overall business objectives
* Identify and evaluate emerging BI technologies, particularly generative BI, and assess their potential impact on Chubb's operations and competitive advantage
* Drive modernization of Chubb legacy BI platforms to rationalization of reporting, fragmented operating models to implement a global center of excellence for GenBI
* Lead the development of roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to drive continuous improvement in BI capabilities
* Advise senior leadership on the strategic use of data and analytics to support critical business decisions
GenBI Development & Implementation:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI based BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive models, leveraging GenAI
* Oversee the integration of data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake
* Evaluate and implement GenAI powered BI solutions, that allow users to gain insight form data using natural language and generate insights
* Build and maintain GenAI based tools to automate reporting, and data analysis
Team Leadership & Management:
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global GenBI team
* Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure the effective delivery of external resources
* Establish and monitor OKRs to track team performance and project success
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
* Partner with business leaders across all functions to understand their BI needs and deliver tailored solutions

Technical Lead - Customer Communications Management
The mission of the Document Fulfilment Team within Enterprise Application Services is to deliver technical solutions, supporting digital strategies, while offering a seamless experience and exceptional service and value to our customers.
The vision for this role is to serve as technical leader for North America while we modernize Customer Communications at Chubb, executing on a global platform strategy.
What You Will Do
The Technical Leader for Customer Communications, North America is responsible for technical design, oversight of code development, end to end testing and deployment of features for the Global Enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) Platform.
Your Duties:
* Serve as technical lead for developers, ensuring they have what is needed to perform their jobs, manage their work, motivate them to perform their duties well, and monitor performance
* Serve as both hands-on engineer (30%) and technical lead (70%) for a team of developers as you work in partnership to create complex, high quality and high-performing software
* Partner with architects and consuming application teams in the implementation of appropriate design solutions aligned with architecture governance standards, processes and tools while maintaining a key focus on design patterns and technology standards reuse
* Conduct code reviews, guiding engineers on how to refactor code to ensure optimized, fully functional applications
* Provide technical documentation for projects, written and verbal communication on status to Chubb business and technology leadership, including executives
* Provide Leadership for supporting Document Generation applications including Enterprise Forms, Forms Selector DB (FSD) and new CCM Platform.
