Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Trainee to join our team.
This entry-level role is designed for individuals interested in developing skills and gaining hands-on experience in facility and equipment maintenance.
The Maintenance Trainee will assist experienced mechanics, perform general upkeep tasks, and support contractors and staff with various projects.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Replace light bulbs, clean fixtures, and perform other basic electrical-related tasks under supervision.
• Prep and apply paint to surfaces as needed to maintain a clean and professional facility appearance.
• Support maintenance and operations staff with various tasks, including moving equipment, organizing tools, and handling supplies.
• Assist experienced mechanics with repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the maintenance department.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.
This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
