A ce titre, vous aurez une dimension stratégique, en lien direct avec l'équipe Développement, Collection et les sites de production.

Stage de 5 à 6 mois conventionné à temps plein, à pourvoir à partir de Septembre 2025 .
Basé à Pantin (Accessible Métro Ligne 5 et RER)
Principales missions :
Pilotage de la campagne Showroom / Défilé Femme & Homme
* Construire et animer le planning de la campagne Podium en tenant compte : des échéances du métier, des délais de fabrication, des évolutions de la Collection (annulations/ajouts) et des aléas d'approvisionnement
* Mettre en place des outils de suivi de la campagne Podium
* Piloter les flux (informatique/physique) : passage de commande, suivi des approvisionnements
* Etre le référent auprès des sites de fabrication et des achats matières : communication & gestion de la charge, sensibilisation aux délais
* Organiser le stock du podium : réception et contrôle des produits.
Identification et classement des prototypes pour mise à disposition selon le planning défini avec la Collection.
* Participer aux missions liées à la mise en place du podium : shooting, installation du stand, inventaire des prototypes
* Analyser la Performance : suivi des indicateurs, reporting hebdomadaire / Bilan de fin de Podium
Pilotage de l'inventaire & archives métiers
* Gestion de l'inventaire du département Collection :
- Contrôle du stock : inventaire produit et recherche des écarts de stock
- Gestion des flux de retraitement : mise en vente, archive, destruction, revalorisation
- Construction de l'historique, référencement dans la bible métier : identification des caractéristiques produit
- Mise en œuvre de la clôture annuelle de l'inventaire Ceinture.
Profil du candidat :
* Etudiant en école de commerce/ingénieurs
* Très bonne capacité de communication, écrite et orale
* Vous avez une première expérience en entreprise, avec un premier stage dans le développement de produit ou la gestion de projet.
* Vous avez un intérêt particulier pour la Mode, aimez les défis et travailler sur des produits à fort enjeu.
* Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, dynamique et flexible et vous avez le sens du détail.
* Vous êtes à l'aise l'oral et faites preuve d'autonomie.
* Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel et Powerpoint notamment, ERP souhaité)

1) Modélisation des projets pour les nouveaux développements :
* Conceptualisation des croquis et étude de la faisabilité.
à partir des briefs de la Collection ou du Studio
* Réalisation de la première mise en plan technique et définition de la tolérance fonctionnelle.
* Modélisation en volume et conception des plans sous SolidWorks.
* Participation aux différentes réunions de développement jusqu'à la finalisation des modèles CAO.
* Participation à l'analyse des risques et au contrôle dimensionnel, en collaboration avec l'équipe projet pour explorer différents scénarios en termes de matériaux et de façons.
2) Maquettage & prototypage en collaboration avec nos partenaires externes :
* Réalisation de maquettes partielles ou complètes et coordination de leur fabrication auprès d'ateliers partenaires pour validation des intentions avant lancement de prototype.
* Accompagnement des partenaires à chaque phase, lors des revues de plans, des échantillons, des maquettes et des prototypes.
* Mise à jour et complétion du dossier technique du projet pendant la phase de prototypage, en interaction avec les bureaux d'études des partenaires, pour constituer un dossier de consultation.
* Assistance à l'équipe d'industrialisation pour vérifier la cohérence des plans de détails fournis par les partenaires sélectionnés pour la production.
* Anticipation des questions d'usage et de comportements dans le temps des produits (qualité dans la durée).
3) Optimisation des processus et renforcement des expertise :
* Élaboration d'une stratégie d'analyse des fonctions et des risques de défaillance (type AMDEC) et proposition de réponses adaptées à la complexité des projets.
* Développement du réseau externe en qualifiant des laboratoires et universités capables de réaliser des essais, analyses, études simplifiées et simulations numériques.
* Amélioration des outils de conception et de spécification produit au SKU : participation à la montée en compétence sur SolidWorks du BE (mode assemblage ou hybride, bibliothèque de matériaux) et à la description précise et fiable des produits au SKU pour répondre aux demandes des services connexes.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director, Human Resources to lead HR operations and initiatives for a designated business segment, aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals.
This role partners with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational change, using data-driven insights to identify trends and implement solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, strong coaching and advisory skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute people strategies that foster growth and high performance.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred, but we will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Human Resources leadership support across assigned business segment.
Provide departmental leadership to perpetuate successful Human Resources strategies and processes.
- Participate as a member of the senior management team in the development of assigned segment's business strategies and goals.
- Translate business strategies and goals into human capital initiatives that ensure that Project employees have the skill sets and compensation systems necessary to support their implementation.
- Direct Human Resources staff in the performance of their duties, establishment of work priorities, and the implementation of management initiatives.
- Utilize competency-based models to develop, evaluate and compensate Human Resources staff.
- Participate with corporate Human Resources staff in the development and administration of benefits programs, compensation structures, compliance and reporting functions, performance management, talent acquisition, new hire orientation, and employee relations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 12-15 years of related professional experience.
