As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients.
The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.
What you'll be doing

This is an in-office position requiring 3 days in the Phoenix, Arizona office.
Some travel is required, approximately 25%.
The Claims Vice President is a challenging opportunity for a leader to join our Southwest Claims Office servicing Workers Compensation clients in AZ, NV, and CA as well as liability clients on the west coast.
This is a critical leadership role in effectively executing ESIS business strategies and plans for our customers.
The position partners with internal and external constituents to help shape the organizations claim strategies and leads one AGL Claims Manager & six WC teams to deliver superior technical claim handling and customer service.
KEY OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for leading a claim operation within a leading TPA with a national scope.
Leads individuals in the managing of the claims investigation and settlement activities for WC to assure quality and timely claims service in the most cost-effective and fairest manner.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet client agreed upon outcomes while maintaining an integrity driven organization with a focus on results.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leads managers, claim handlers and operations personnel in the support of organizational objectives.
* Partners with ESIS Client Services to manage various accounts.
* Manages controls, directs and takes corrective action with specific strategies to ensure claim quality meets company standards and procedures.
* Delegates/controls specific settlement/draft authority to appropriate subordinate claims personnel.
* Manages work flow to provide the client with superior service.
Develops and implements specific action plans to correct deficiencies.
Establishes client service standards for claim processing services.
* Interfaces with home office claims to ensure high quality and equitable claim file handling.
* Manages the local claim reserve process to ensure that reserves are adequate to cover losses.

Manages and controls expenses by ensuring adequate departmental controls and prudent protection/application of company assets.
* Ensures that organization design, staff selection, performance management, reward programs and related actions are consistent with company policies, procedures and sound business judgment.

Acts as a facilitator to help remove barriers and resolve department issues.

* Responsible for the reconciliations of all data calls with CHUBB Financial
* Evaluate data call criteria for changes and implement where needed.
* Review any new data call or transaction level requirement in conjunction with team and management.
Take the initiative to advise management when new requirements are needed and what process is going to be followed to complete these new requirements.
* Monitor changes within the company regarding new business, new systems, or other changes that might impact the reports and/or transaction level reporting
* Proactively manage, analyze and respond to issues and inquiries raised by the various regulatory authorities driving the results to conclusion.
* Work with the various CHUBB units (i.e., Actuarial, Finance, Claims Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, IT) as required to obtain required information in the preparation of the data calls, transaction level reporting and/or responses to regulatory authorities inquiries and issues.
* Ability to write and run data extracts from the various ACE systems to support the preparation and/or reconciliation of data calls.

Job Description:
This position provides assistance to assigned Westchester Fin-Lines underwriters in managing their assigned book of business, performing policy processing functions, and conducting renewal risk analysis.
It also involves calculating renewal ratings and documenting changes to risk, recommending processing approaches, and responding to agency requests.

* Conducts name clearance and processes all transactions in the applicable Chubb System.
