Descriptif du poste
Sous la responsabilité de la DRH d'Hermès Digital, vous accompagnez les différentes étapes de la vie professionnelle du collaborateur, de son arrivée à son évolution au sein de notre Maison en particulier sur les sujets de suivi administratif des dossiers, d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, d'organisation de la formation et sur des actions de communication interne dans le cadre d'une croissance rapide de l'équipe.
Missions détaillées
Administration du personnel
* Participer au suivi des parcours de pré-boarding et on-boarding dans le SIRH et l'organisation du programme d'intégration de chaque nouveau collaborateur
* Mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel
* Préparer les éléments pour nos reporting et le suivi de nos indicateurs RH
* Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs (mutuelle, gestion des temps, utilisation du SIRH, )
* Apporter du support dans l'organisation et le suivi des campagnes RH (recueil des besoins de formation, campagne d'entretiens professionnels et d'évaluation, etc.)
* Prendre activement part et être force de proposition dans notre démarche d'amélioration continue des processus
Formation
* Suivre les demandes de formation des collaborateurs ainsi que leurs inscriptions aux sessions via notre SIRH
* Participer à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle et au suivi du déploiement du plan de formation
* En lien avec les prestataires internes et externes, prendre en charge l'organisation logistique de différentes formations
* Organiser l'inscription aux formations externes et réalisez le suivi associé (bons de commande, suivi des émargements)
* Aider à la mise en place des formations organisées par l'équipe RH Digital
Communication interne
* Participer à l'organisation d'événements internes (soirée de fin d'année, réunions d'équipe, )
* Mettre à jour nos listes de diffusion

Au sein de l'équipe technique, le Responsable Qualité Produits Finis Haute Joaillerie est garant de la démarche d'assurance qualité conformément à la stratégie qualité globale définie.
Positionnement et Dimension :
Le Responsable Qualité produits Finis Haute Joaillerie reporte au Responsable Technique, et encadre un Chef de Projets Qualité, un référent qualité ainsi qu'un chargé qualité.
Principales missions :
Qualité produits finis et nouveautés
a.
Développement des nouveautés :
* Veiller au respect des exigences qualité de la maison sur toutes les nouveautés tout au long de leur développement : du croquis jusqu'à la production.
* Rédige et actualise les documents formalisant les exigences qualité : Analyse de risques, plan de qualification, gamme de contrôle, charte qualité,
* Mise en place du protocole de conditionnement et s'assurer de son déploiement et de sa mise en œuvre.

Production :
* Assurer le contrôle sur site de 100% des pièces de production
* Veiller et alerter en cas de dérives, que ce soit au niveau esthétique, technique ou qualitatif.
* Anticiper et gérer la charge de contrôle sur plusieurs semaines et rationnaliser les déplacements.
* S'assurer de la robustesse des contrôles réalisés sur le terrain (points de vigilance, méthodes et moyens de contrôle, enregistrement des indicateurs).
* Statuer sur les cas litigieux et faire régulièrement des états de lieux des produits bloqués.
* Mesurer et piloter la performance des sites de fabrication.

Retour marchés :
* Capter les signaux faibles du réseau.
* Dresser les constats de retour après-vente
* Analyser le comportement et le vieillissement des pièces sur le marché et savoir remonter le besoin en amélioration auprès de l'équipe technique
* Tenir un état des lieux sur les pièces du stock métier
* Piloter les réparations après-vente ainsi que la remise en état avant-vente des pièces métier

* Être en support des sites de fabrication sur le pilotage des alertes en analysant les problèmes avec méthodologie et en formalisant, avec réactivité, les décisions : construction d'un 8D, création et pilotage d'un plan d'actions.
* S'assurer de l'avancement des actions au bon rythme.
* Alimenter les analyses de risques par la capitalisation des incidents.

CONTEXTE :
Au sein de la Direction des Affaires Sociales et de la Paie, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel.
Le CSP Paie, constitué d'une quarantaine de personnes, est composé de deux équipes de gestionnaires paie et d'un Pôle d'expertises (Paie, GTA, DSN et Reporting Social) en charge du paramétrage de paie, de l'outil de gestion des temps, de la production déclarative et des activités de contrôle de gestion sociale.
Vous intervenez au sein du Pôle d'expertise GTA dont le périmètre d'activité comprend l'ensemble des entités françaises du Groupe (plus de 40 sociétés et plus de 100 établissements), multi conventions et multi interlocuteurs.
Le volume traité représente environ 15 000 paies par mois.

MISSIONS :
Au sein du Pôle d'Expertise GTA, et sur un périmètre dédié, vos missions principales s'articulent autour des axes suivants :
1 - Gestion du quotidien
Au quotidien et sur votre périmètre dédié, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :
* Modification de compteurs
* Demande de création de cycle et horaire
* Ouverture d'accès Expert et gestion des populations GTA
* Lancement d'un recalcul
* Gestion des CSE : alimentation des droits
* Mise en place des délégations pour des collaborateurs absents
* Demande de modification de calendrier
* Création des nouveaux rapports
* Gestion des imports : évènements, Tickets Restaurants ou compteurs
* Gestion de l'arbre hiérarchique dans sa globalité
* Mise à jour des listes affectées (natures, heures, cycles...)
Vous travaillez sur la mise en place des évolutions de votre périmètre avec l'aide du Responsable Fonctionnel GTA et en coordination avec notre éditeur ADP.
Pour exemple, vous prendrez en charge les demandes d'évolutions annuelles dans le cadre des NAO (tickets restaurant, Congés d'ancienneté) ou dans le cadre des évolutions légales (Acquisition RTT, mise à jour des jours fériés)
Vous travaillez à la résolution des anomalies de paramétrage remontées par les Equipes Paie (CSP et référents hors CSP).
Pour se faire : vous interagissez avec votre Pôle d'Expertise GTA (Référent et Expert GTA des autres périmètres) mais aussi avec l'ingénieur d'application de notre éditeur de paie notamment par le biais de l'outil Siebel (création de tickets, suivi de l'avancée de la prise en charge, corrections si nécessaire et validation des tests).
Vous êtes garant des résultats de vos actions sur l'outil de GTA jusqu'à la mise en production (justesse du résultat et respect du délai imparti).
Avec l'ensemble des experts du pôle, vous assistez aux réunions mensuelles de production avec l'ingénieur d'application.
