RGM (Revenue Growth Mgmt) Analyst
NO RELOCATION IS BUDGETED FOR THIS ROLE
This position is responsible for driving key Revenue Growth Management efforts cross-functionally around optimizing pricing and promotion.
Championing the use and continued development in the newly installed XTEL RGM platform will be a major priority, providing analytical insights around pricing and promotion on a regular cadence to cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing and Sales Acceleration to help enable well-informed business decisions.
Using these systems and tools to define and refine business process will be a focal point early on in this role.
Monthly post-promotional analysis and share outs with both Marketing and Sales.
This role will also provide the evaluation of strategic funding initiatives upon request and support the promotional guidelines that go into the Retail Sales Planning Guide.

Education and Experience:

Job Description:
Seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead engineering teams through the design, test and release of new networking products to market.
The program manager will work to coordinate between various functional areas including hardware, software, product management, supply chain, etc.
to effectively manage the program schedule, budget and scope, as well as provide timely and relevant communications to key stakeholders.
Lead teams through the NPI Engineering development process and implementation of HPE Aruba Networking products.
Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional with complex requirements and effort.
Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget.
Work with hardware, software, product line management, supply chain, services, etc.
to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

About the Role
