Situé à 20km de Chambéry, Schneider Electric Alpes est un site industriel majeur avec plus de 500 salariés répartis sur 3 sites.
Le site de Francin (Savoie) fabrique des enveloppes métalliques qui forment les tableaux électriques, et assemble des disjoncteurs, blocs coupures et accessoires.
L'usine est dotée de moyens industriels de pointe : machines spéciales pour lignes de tôlerie, chaine de peinture, moyens de soudure, robots d'emballage, postes d'assemblage et de vissage avec traçabilité intégrée, et postes d'emballage et d'expédition des produits.
Quelles seront ses missions ? :
Rattaché(e) au Chargé Sécurité Site, et en appui des préventeurs sécurité & environnement, nous vous proposons de travailler sur les activités suivantes :
* Conduire l'ensemble des actions visant à réduire les risques d'accidents du travail (Prévention)
* Participer à l'amélioration des processus de déclaration d'événements liés à la sécurité sur le site
* Animer le plan d'actions sécurité et environnement du site conformément aux Directives du Groupe Schneider Electric et du Territoire France
* Participer à des évaluations de risques professionnelle (EVRP)
En fonction de la prise en compte des différents sujets, vous pourrez être amené à :
* Mettre en place et animer des séances d'informations / formations pour les Equipiers de Seconde intervention
* Assurer la veille et la conformité au règlement Sécurité & environnement
* Assurer la gestion du risque chimique au sein de l'usine
* Participer à des actions d'améliorations dans le cadre d'audit ISO pour la certification du site
* Être polyvalent sur l'ensemble des activités du service
Ces missions sont amenées à évoluer, à prendre en autonomie et en responsabilités au cours du contrat.

* Gérer les pannes entrantes depuis la hotline et coordonner les dépannages associés.
* Qualifier et préparer les mises en service des techniciens Froid / Climatisation (10 techniciens) :
+ Assurer le bon déroulement des mises en service.
+ Vérifier les fiches de prérequis de mise en service (internes et externes) et qualifier le site client.
