The EVP, PRS North America Sales & Distribution Leader is responsible for leading 120 Sales & Distribution professionals in North America to achieve planned profitable growth targets across all regions.
Top responsibilities include driving execution and measurement of key sales initiatives and development of distribution tier strategies and sales best practices while providing strong leadership and development to the North American S&D team.
Additionally, through PRS Regional Sales & Distribution Leaders, the EVP, PRS NA Sales & Distribution leader drives, measures, and evolves strategy for:
* Sales management including sales best practices consistency across the regions
* National distribution partner relationship management
* Distribution management and engagement
* Utilization of competitive intelligence and analytics, as well as sales data reporting
