The Riverside County Regional Medical Center-Arlington Campus seeks Per Diem Nursing Assistants to support the Mental Health Division (Unit B and C).

Under supervision, assists professional nursing personnel or other professional healthcare providers in providing basic patient care and treatment in a per diem employment capacity; performs nonprofessional nursing duties in the care of physically and mentally ill patients; and performs other related duties as required.
The Nursing Assistant is an entry level classification and typically reports to appropriate supervisory or management level nursing staff.
The most competitive candidate acquires a Nursing Assistant Certification .

Per Diem Nursing Assistant Differentials: Evening Shift Diff (3p - 11:30p): $.35 for the time actually worked between the hours Night Shift Diff (11:30p - 7:00a): $0.75 for the time actually worked between the hours The RUHS-MC is a 24-hour facility - incumbents must be flexible to work any shift including weekends and holidays.

Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is seeking a Healthcare Administrative Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Moreno Valley Community Health Center (CHC).
In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and direct the diverse and complex administrative functions of an RUHS CHC.
You will provide programmatic, budgetary, and personnel oversight through subordinate supervisors, serve as acting Director of Ambulatory Care Operations when needed, and perform related duties as assigned.
As part of a dyad leadership model, this position partners closely with the physician in charge and oversees all clinical support staff, including Clinical Lead Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Medical Assistants.
Responsibilities include supervising and directing daily operations, ensuring adherence to established workflows, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and collaborating with providers to ensure high-quality, efficient clinical and clerical operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least four (4) years of administrative experience in a healthcare organization or health system
* Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in ambulatory care or health services operations
