Summary - Basic Function of The Role
As Rental and Product Sales Manager, you would be accountable for driving the sales functions within the Enerpac Tool Center by providing day to day leadership of the direct outside salespersons and customers.
Responsible for developing business opportunities to grow sales in accordance with Enerpac Tool Center brand and business guidelines and policies.
Work with all Enerpac departments to achieve annual growth targets: Product Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain/Sourcing, Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Field Sales, and the Enerpac Executive Office.
Work and develop both individually, and with your team to provide technical sales and rentals in target markets and customers.
What is Enerpac Tool Center
The Enerpac Tool Center provides direct access to purchase and rent world-class tools while also providing on-demand service including training, application support, tool specification, tool maintenance and repair and calibration.
The Enerpac Tool Center has invested in a large product inventory and has the technical experts on-site to support and conduct a multitude of services when needed to ensure industrial professionals are equipped to complete critical work safely and efficiently.
Shift: Monday - Friday, evenings and weekends may be required
Location: Due to 60-70% day and overnight travel requirements, preferred candidates will be based between Houston, TX and Gonzales, LA
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* The day-to-day management of the ETC Outside sales team as well as responsibility for delivering overall revenue and objectives.
* Develop and implement account strategies for increasing sales and profits of Enerpac products with each account.
* Enhance relationships and position Enerpac to become or continue to be a preferred supplier.
* Actively identify and secure new business through channel partners and/or through direct relationships.
* Manage open opportunities and visit reports in Salesforce.com.

Summary - basic function of the role
The Supply Chain Intern will work on continuous improvement projects as identified by the business as well as assist in the daily operations of the supply chain team.
Major responsibilities of this position include completing data analysis, tracking project status, reporting on project status, facilitating implementation, problem-solving or trouble-shooting project issues, work cross-functionally to execute tasks/activities, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:00 pm, some flexibility is possible
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Enerpac Supply Chain Interns will work on multiple projects during their internship.
These projects may include but are not limited to:
+ SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) inventory analysis and disposition
+ Finished goods inventory location analysis and optimizationSupplier contract software transition, clean-up, and implementation
* Beyond project work, Supply Chain Interns will also assist in the daily operations of the supply chain team.
These activities may include but, are not limited to:
+ Item master data review and deployment of standard practices
+ Supplier master, approved supplier list, sourcing rules standardization and clean-up
+ Clean-up and/or submission of work instructions into approved specifications and format
+ Support Category Managers with strategic quote packages
* Support Category Managers with RFP/Q process, total cost analysis and sourcing council preparation
* Learn project management skills to support our Program Managers on NPD projects and large cost savings initiatives.
* Support our Supply Chain COE (Center of Excellence) by gathering current state process information and development of improved future state processes.
