Positionnement : Au sein de l'organigramme général d'Hermès Femme, le titulaire rapporte à la directrice du Bureau d'Etudes du métier Prêt-à-Porter Femme.
Missions générales :
L'alternant(e) travaille en étroite collaboration avec la directrice du BE et les référents du pole Méthode :
* Apprendre à construire une fiche technique : sections techniques, cohérence des assemblages dans les planches matières.
* Apprendre à définir les complexités de montage du modèle et proposer des alternatives en vue d'une production
* Participer à l'élaboration de nouveaux montages si nécessaire : maquettes en toile.
* Se former sur les logiciels Kaledo (Illustrator est un +) et PLM CENTRIC +sortie des patronages au traceur
* Assurer un programme de Fiche Technique en rapport avec son niveau de connaissances sous la Responsabilité du maître de formation .
* Constituer le dossier à transmettre aux modélistes pour le lancement de l'essai et du master.
Assister la responsable BE et les référents Méthode :
* Photographier les détails de montage des prototypes de collection
* Archiver les tirelles de tissus.
* Participer avec l'équipe aux rangements réguliers du BE milieu et fin de collection.
* Mise a jour sur Word ou Excel pour les nouveaux process montages /maquettes /patronnages.
Les services transverses lors des pics d'activité
* Participer a la mise en place des réunions pendant le show-room lors des revues de Méthode, normalisations , industrialisation .
Profil recherché :
* Etudiant niveau BT/ bac PRO /CAP BEP dans la fabrication du vêtement (Formation école de couture / type AICP ...)
* Idéalement spécialisation industrie des matériaux souples ou modélisme industriel
* Bonnes connaissances des bases de patronage et de coupe.
* Connaissances de la fabrication et des fiches techniques
* Ouvert à l'apprentissage des outils informatiques et l'utilisation quotidienne (utilisation de l'informatique pour dessiner les sections de montage (Kaledo/ Illustrator) et renseigner les tableaux de mesures (EXCEL))
* Un premier stage en usine est un plus.
