What You Will Do:
As a Building Maintenance Assistant, you will be r esponsible to assist with maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site.
May be assigned to a single building or multiple buildings.
Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hour emergency calls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for assisting engineers with completion of all regulatory and mandatory monthly, quarterly and annual inspections, ensuring that all inspections are completed within the designated timeframes without fail (inspections required for 18" building perimeter, docks, eye wash stations, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fences, AED's, racking, first aid kits, universal waste, storm drains, storm water systems, spill kits, support column and bollards).
* Perform preventative and general maintenance and may assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical operating systems.

* Suivre la collecte des certificats d'inflammabilité et des rapports de test d'inflammabilité auprès des fournisseurs et emmètre les Certificat of Conformity nécessaire pour le passage en douane USA des produits, principalement Chaine & trame, maille & twillaine
Qualité

Tests au porter :
* Gestion du projet TAP : mise en place des demandes & suivi des TAP, collectes des produits, gestion des partenariats avec les pressings, planification du budget, définition des temps de TAP par typologie de produit, communication auprès des équipes internes.
* Analyser les résultats des TAP vs les résultats de tests afin de s'assurer de la véracité des tests et au besoin contribuer à la mise à jour des standards qualité en collaboration avec les chargés de qualité.

Hermès Horizons est une entité d'Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie, dédiée au développement, à la production et à la commercialisation de projets sur-mesure.
Ces projets couvrent aussi bien des métiers traditionnels d'Hermès (Maroquinerie, Art de Vivre, ) que le développement de grands projets sur mesure (avion, voiture, objets).

Positionnement
