Missions
Nous vous proposons d'intégrer le secteur Production de notre site industriel de Mâcon dans le cadre d'une alternance en tant qu'inspecteur qualité finale (F/H).
Rattaché.e hiérarchiquement au Responsable d'Equipe de Fabrication, nous vous proposons une montée en compétences sur des activités liées à l'inspection qualité finale telles que :
* Garantir la conformité des produits par l'adéquation du besoin client et des standards de fabrication,
* Garantir la satisfaction du client interne et externe en respectant les standards qualité/coøt/délais,
* Effectuer les différentes opérations de contrôle : contrôle de la conformité de sous ensemble ou pièce unitaire, du coffret BT, de la cellule et du tableau moyenne tension,
* Réaliser les réceptions usine des projets avec la présence des clients.

Missions
* Effectuer les tâches préalables au bobinage :
+ Lecture de plans techniques
+ Contrôler les matériaux et composant d'une nommenclature
+ Paramétrer le moyen de production
* Réaliser les opérations de bobinage selon la technique appropriée et Garantir la conformité du bobinage :
+ Relever les cotes en début et en fin de chaque bobine
