Serve as liaison between the patient and the physician and is responsible for coordinating patient flow in the ambulatory setting by providing assistance in clinical data collection for patient intake, preparing for the provider visit and assisting the provider during basic procedures.
Provide service excellence to each patient and family by performing and completing designated business processes associated with an outpatient visit.
At each outpatient visit, complete processes in an efficient fashion, ensuring that the patient and family are prepared for their outpatient appointment in a timely manner.
Also, ensure that all demographic and financial information is accurately verified in advance of the patient visit, and monitor the waiting room and work environment to ensure patient safety and high service levels.

Tallon is recruiting for a Management Analyst to support financial and business operations for an Air Force Financial Management (AF FM) program office.This position is a direct hire to our client offering a competitive W2 salary plus benefits.
Role and responsibilities include:
* Support a blended Air Force Financial Management program environment interacting directly with the customer and contractor teammates
* Collaborate with a team to help implement management strategies that enhance operational effectiveness.
* Perform organizational analyses and assessments
* Develop systems, procedures, and accompanying documentation
* Streamline workflows and conduct efficiency assessments
* Create manuals for operations and procedures manuals
* Support a a hybrid schedule with expectation of 1-2 days per week on-site
* Perform additional tasks as required
Requirements include:
* Current security clearance required for consideration (Secret at a minimum)
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 3+ years of related experience conducting research and developing documentation in a Management Analyst or similar operations research role including:

o Experience supporting DOD (preferably Air Force) financial systems and processes
o Experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations
o Experience supporting system designs, procedures, and related documentation
o Experience conducting work simplification and measure studies
o Experience developing operations and procedures manuals
* Excellent English grammar and writing skills including proofreading and editing
* Technical writing experience adhering to a federal government program and/or military-specific documentation style guides
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
* Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
