Chubb North America Claims seeks a Claim Compliance Director to assist with and manage the day-to-day operations of the Chubb Quality Assurance and Compliance Programs associated with Workers' Compensation Direct and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Accident & Health and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assists with NA Claims market conduct examinations, audits, data calls and other state and federal inquiries, inclusive of the preparation of management and remediation action plans associated with Workers' Compensation, A&H and PIP.
* Assist with and develop audit/compliance related responses to ad hoc audit requests and inquiries from various State regulators.
Ability to assess, dissect, and craft a response to each matter independently for each State is a key responsibility of this role.
* Assists with various state and federal surveys, investigations, assessments and evaluations related to workers' compensation, LSHWA and DBA.
Experience with EDI reporting strongly preferred, as well as analyzing data sets to identify root cause trends.
* Work with North American Claims QA and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance in developing areas of insurance laws and regulations.
Assist with focused audits from regulators and resulting Management Action Plans as required by the State.
Provide recommendations and strategies for resolutions.
* Conduct independent regulatory research in conjunction with legal resources, North American Claims QA & Compliance Manager and others based on evolving regulatory landscapes.
* Monitor regulatory changes that may impact the various lines of business and insurance programs.
Identify gaps, weaknesses, and deficiencies, and create ongoing improvements in claim compliance.
* Serve as a valued resource for Claims Operations, Claims IT and Claim Optimization on critical workers' compensation, A&H and PIP claims regulatory and technical issues to ensure effective and efficient claim handling processes.
* Complete focused niche reviews based on jurisdictional compliance needs in areas of paramount importance for Chubb.
Will closely collaborate with the Chubb NA Quality Assurance team on targeted and focused reviews.

These individuals benefit from receiving services at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health but often need the added support that a Crisis Case Manager can provide for them both with the support of managing their behavioral health needs but also in engaging in and navigating the behavioral health system.This position will cover Whitfield and Pickens Counties.Are you ready to make a Difference?Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Monitors the daily census from each CSU for individuals who are determined to be high or moderate risk for suicide; placing them on caseload for monitoring calls and linkage to OP services.
* Links the individual to outpatient services or program; educates the individual on the benefits of receiving services and how to access them.
* Communicates with Family and other supports of the individual re: follow up for outpatient services, services offered, etc as needed.
* Completes necessary suicide risk follow up calls for individuals who score high or moderate risk for suicide per their CSSRS and according to policy and procedure.
* Accepts referrals from outpatient staff of individuals who need suicide risk follow up calls; completes all documentation per policy and procedure.
* Communicates with staff any concerns that may arise during calls.
* Sends engagement letters to individuals who are unable to be reached by phone, and communicates back to necessary clinician if individual is receiving services.
* Provide information to individuals who have missed their appointment and assist them in rescheduling as necessary.
* Other duties as assigned.

Services are customized to the needs and preferences of the individual.
CSS helps restore individuals to their best possible level of functioning, while building the independence, resiliency and coping skills needed to live in their communities.
CSS staff have flexible hours in order to be available to individuals who might need help outside normal hours of operation and are available to respond rapidly to early signs of relapse or crisis.Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Community based position.
* Assist individuals with service needs, developing strategies and supportive, social support networks and coordinating rehabilitation services as specified in the consumer's individual recovery plan.
* Partner with the individual and CORE services provider in the development of the individual service plan.
* Assist the individual with the transitioning between levels of care.
Link and/or serve as advocate with other agencies to garner needed resources for consumers.
* Provides assistance and support in crisis situations.
* Provides assessment, monitoring, and assistance to individuals.
* Establishes professional and ethical relationships with individuals, families, and coworkers
* Provides direct service to individuals; completes all necessary paperwork according to policy; ensures individual meet eligibility criteria or refers to appropriate provider in the community.
* Manages a caseload by ensuring all services are authorized, chart paperwork is complete and current, and consumer charts are closed according to Policy & Procedure.
* Sees a caseload at the frequency defined in the service plan; documents attempt to contact individuals and ISP reviews; completes monthly caseload reports; track appointments and case management.
