The Global Predictive Hub is one of the pillars of Digital Services execution and a key resource in delivering added value to our customers.

We are building new Connected Services Hub Predictive Agents who can combine their deep technical expertise and passion for customers, with the ability to leverage Ecostruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution, to improve the performance and reliability of our customers' electrical systems.
Responsibilities of the Predictive Agent in Connected Services Hub
* Interprets and contextualizes results of platform analytics and algorithms
* Interacts with a network of Subject Matter Experts for advanced support in data analysis
* Extracts meaningful insights from the data flows
* Identifies maintenance recommendations of short-term palliative actions, and medium / long improvements
* Tracks health of assets, including condition-based analytics, informs connected customers and adjusts maintenance plans accordingly
* Creates consultancy summary reports highlighting the value of the EAA ED offer, shares these reports with connected customers during remote sessions, and provides explanations and direction
* Regularly interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g.
phone, chat, email, etc.) as needed
* Acts based on customer requests to create cases, initiates work order crea-tion to dispatch Field Services and/or engages Sales for service or product quotations
* Leverages the recommendations and reports conclusions to generate opportunities of Pull Through business
Qualifications of the CSH Predictive Agent
* Minimum 4 years technical degree, or relevant experience in the field of electrical systems, engineering
* Work experience with electrical distribution systems is an advantage
* Possesses an excellent understanding of Electrical systems and distribution, for both Power and Industry domains
* Possesses the ability to process predictive / condition-based analysis of data
* The effective time management techniques and ability to remain organized across multiple activities along with an attention to detail

We are looking for a talented S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Developer to design and develop custom analytical reports leveraging SAP Core Data Services (CDS) and Embedded Analytics framework.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating custom CDS views, analytical queries, and integrating with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop custom CDS views for transactional and analytical reporting in S/4HANA.
* Create analytical queries and expose them for consumption in SAP Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Experience in Analytical Path Framework, Embedded SAC, Smart KPIs.
* Implement annotations for UI, analytical, and semantic purposes in CDS views.
* Optimize CDS views for performance and scalability.
* Work with OData services for data exposure and integration.
* Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, data governance, and security standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to embedded analytics reports.
Technical Skills Required
* Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
* Hands-on expertise in:
* Core Data Services (CDS): Creation, extension, annotations (UI, analytical, semantic).
* Analytical Queries and Consumption Views.
* OData services for CDS views.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Business KPIs.
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud integration.
Good understanding of ABAP for CDS and performance tuning techniques.
Basic knowledge of Datasphere is a plus.

Quelles seront ses missions ?
Au sein du laboratoire, pour le support des experts plastiques, vous aurez pour mission de contribuer au développement et à l'optimisation des techniques de caractérisations physico-chimiques de thermoplastiques, thermodurcissables et élastomères.
Une partie expérimentale portera sur l'utilisation croisée de plusieurs techniques (FTIR, TGA/DSC, DSC modulée, DMA, TMA) pour la déformulation et la compréhension du comportement de polymères de formulation complexe (polyesters insaturés, élastomères, matériaux recyclés).
L'impact du mode de préparation de l'échantillon (conditionnement, découpe, emplacement), la répétabilité des résultats, la sensibilité de l'équipement seront spécifiquement évalués.
En parallèle de cette partie expérimentale, une recherche bibliographique sera effectuée sur les méthodes d'analyse non destructives pour l'évaluation de stress interne et du vieillissement des matériaux plastiques (biréfringence, microscopie acoustique, diffusé de neutrons, onde térahertz...)
