IntelliSource is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a manufacturing partner's operations in the Hawaiian Islands.
The position will be based on the island of O'ahu.
The role requires a majority of working hours to be spent at the Company's third-party warehouse location in Kapolei, HI or offsite supporting regional customers' operations across the Hawaiian islands.
This role will work closely with our partner's Hawaii regional Sales Account Manager, as well as senior management on the east coast, to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warehouse Management:
o Oversee daily warehouse operations in conjunction with third-party warehouse partner
o Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods within Hawaii and between Hawaii and continental U.S.
• Inventory Management:
o Manage regional inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure adequate supply for customer operations.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records
o Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies
• Customer Operations:
o Monitor and manage day-to-day operations at customer locations across Hawaii.
o Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operating efficiently to meet production goals.
o Train and supervise staff at sites to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational protocols.
o Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Reporting & Communication:
o Provide regular reports on warehouse, inventory, and operations to management.
o Collaborate with other departments, including sales and global logistics, to align operations with company goals.
o Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and onsite clients to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or operations leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Significant past experience working or living in Hawaii
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a production setting is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations in Hawaii.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment, including occasional outdoor work.

Overview
Facilitate the communication of information between Vessel Operations Management, the Captain/Pilot of the vessel, the Maintenance department representatives, Schedulers, other Sales Department representatives, Customer Dock representatives and third-party providers for services such as shore tankering and spot horsepower.
Record events and prepare scheduled reports.
Responsibilities
